What We Do
KevINspect LLC performs “inspections” of residential properties in accordance with the standards of practice of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). We examine the major structural components and mechanical systems for signs of significant non-performance, excessive or unusual wear, and general state of repair. After the inspection our clients receive a written report of our findings. Our reports are designed to be clear, easy to understand, and helpful.
